The workshop measures 16' x 88' with large bays for equipment and tools.

Electric lines run underground.  An air-conditioner keeps you cool in the summer when you're working on your equipment.

Water is run underground.
 

The workshop was built around the same time as the Cottage and the Barn.  It has a matching red Terra Cotta roof and it is also used regularly and well maintained.

A concrete work pad is a perfect addition to the workshop.  It is large enough to park tractors and four-wheelers and other large farm implements. 
 

This oil change pit is a well thought out feature of the work pad.  This makes oil change a snap and it also comes in handy to help you work under any large equipment or when untangling barbed wire from a bushhog.
