THE COTTAGE

The cottage is lived in and it has been well maintained.
It is a 24' x 36' solid structure with central heat and air.

Cozy in the winter and shade in the summer makes for a comfortable year-round residence or a cabin for summer vacation and time off.

A close line of trees shades the cottage from the hot afternoon sun lessening the need to run the central air conditioning unit.

The Cottage is wired for Satellite TV reception. With a near perfect view of the sky, you can get a tremendous number of television programs. All water, electric, and telephone lines are underground. This will be discussed more later on.

This photo shows the large yard around the cottage with shade trees and tons of privacy.

There is a garden plot to the side of the cottage surrounded by railway ties. It is filled in with rich mushroom compost and is ideal for growing tomatoes or grab a summer watermelon and eat it on the porch with a cold beverage.
